Hongtu Zinc Oxide Factory Completes Production Line Renovation, Annual Output Hits 40,000 MT

Dalian, July 11, 2026 — Dalian Zinc Oxide Factory, manufacturer of Hongtu brand high-purity indirect zinc oxide, has finished full renovation of its standardized production workshop and upgraded closed-loop automatic production lines, marking a critical milestone of stable mass supply capacity for global industrial clients.

Founded in 1996, Hongtu Factory has concentrated on the research, manufacturing and technical service of superior-grade zinc oxide for nearly 30 years. After this round of equipment upgrading, the factory’s total production area reaches over 10,000 square meters, equipped with brand-new full-automatic calcination lines and dust-free closed production workshops, which greatly lift production efficiency and stabilize batch product consistency. The annual comprehensive output capacity is firmly locked at 40,000 metric tons, fully capable of handling large-volume annual framework orders from rubber, power, coating and feed manufacturers worldwide.

Besides production equipment upgrading, the enterprise also expanded its independent precision testing laboratory. The lab is now equipped with atomic absorption spectrometers, laser particle size analyzers and full sets of testing instruments to inspect heavy metal content, whiteness, particle size and purity for every batch of finished zinc oxide, realizing full-process quality traceability from raw 0# zinc ingots to final packaged goods.
